Katherine Fannin Wesley | CAC, ICADC, IMAC

Katherine Fannin Wesley is an experienced addiction treatment professional specializing in family support, case management, relapse prevention, behavioral addictions, and continuity of care.

As Director of Integrated Care & Family Services, Katherine works closely with clients, families, and the treatment team to help ensure that care is coordinated throughout the treatment process. Her role includes supporting family involvement, case management, discharge and aftercare planning, outside-provider coordination, and the many practical needs that can affect a client’s long-term recovery.

Katherine has extensive experience in family recovery, wrap-around services, harm reduction, relapse prevention, intervention services, recovery coaching, and behavioral addictions, including gambling, internet, food, and sex addiction. She is particularly passionate about helping families better understand the recovery process and giving clients the support and resources they need both during treatment and as they transition back into everyday life.

Katherine earned a degree in Human Services with a focus on Drug Addiction Services from Broward College and later earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Keiser University. She holds credentials as a Certified Addiction Counselor, Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

Her approach is grounded in collaboration, service, and the belief that lasting recovery is strengthened when clinical care, family involvement, case management, and aftercare planning work together as part of one coordinated treatment experience.
