As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of addiction and mental health. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing trauma through evidence-based therapies like EMDR and Rapid Resolution. My passion lies in empowering individuals to overcome their struggles and achieve lasting wellness. Outside of my work, I enjoy exploring new destinations, nurturing my three beloved dogs – two Labradors and a Chinese Crested – and cultivating tropical plants in my garden. I’m committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients to heal and grow.
