Changing behavior is always difficult and therefore getting help is not always easy. Often times social stigmas, fear, or shame stop people from getting the treatment they want and/or need. Additionally if one has attempted in the past to get healthy and was unsuccessful or had a bad experience, that can cause one to lose hope. But persistence with the addition of the right therapists can bring the desired results.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided along with many snacks. Our professional chefs prepare fresh healthy food and can address dietary needs.

Yes. Tikvah Lake only offers in-patient treatment where the clients stay on-site for the entire duration of their therapy. The advantage of a residential program is that it encourages behavioral and lifestyle changes while still being able to use electronic devices to maintain communication with loved ones and business.
The standard Program at Tikvah Lake lasts 30 days. However, we also offer a shorter executive program that can be individualized to meet the time constraints a guest may have. Some guests do stay for multiple month as well.
