While at Tikvah Lake Recovery Center, you will undergo alcohol and drug detox under the care of our experienced clinical team, who can make sure you progress through detox safely and effectively. We will help you get through this stage to move on to the next step in your journey to recovery.
Residential Program
Once you’ve moved through detox, you can transition to our residential program. Over a period of 30 to 90 days, you will participate in various treatment techniques to help you learn to live a life free of opioid use. Guests work closely with our clinical team to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with the unique circumstances of their life, including developing customized coping strategies. All the while, guests can enjoy the comforts of our luxurious lakeside residential treatment center in Florida.
Aftercare
As their residential treatment program winds down, guests will prepare for the transition back into daily life with our aftercare program. We collaborate with each guest to create a unique aftercare plan to set them up for success in life after treatment. For some guests, that may include a transitional living facility. We have relationships with sober living homes and can help you find one that best fits your unique needs and situation.
Relapse Prevention
Guests may encounter triggers and cravings in life after treatment, and we seek to give guests the tools they need to face them head-on. Our relapse prevention program helps guests discover healthy coping skills as well as identify other avenues of support that can help them remain on the path to recovery. By incorporating relapse prevention techniques into our care, guests can feel better equipped to face challenges that come their way in recovery.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
For guests who are struggling with a mental health disorder in addition to an opioid use disorder, we offer dual diagnosis treatment. This approach to treatment integrates care for both disorders and examines how they influence each other, allowing for greater understanding of how to effectively treat each condition.
