Alice Fletcher, LMHC, MCAP

Alice Fletcher, LMHC, is 38-year-old single mother of a 15-year-old son, dedicated to serving her community both in behavioral health and public safety. She worked full time as a Behavioral Health Consultant with the Florida Department of Children and Families and continues to serve part time with the Hardee County Sheriff’s Office, where she spent 12 years, most recently as a detective working in crimes against persons.
She hold a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Public Administration from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She is currently pursuing my doctorate in General Psychology at Liberty University. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a proud member of the Florida Crisis Response Team, where she provides support during critical incidents and community crises.
Her counseling identity is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, which allows her to approach each client with empathy while equipping them with the tools they need to create meaningful change. Outside of work, she loves gardening and taking pride in her generous selection of patio plants, which brings her a sense of peace and balance.
