Financial Policy

Once a payment is remitted via wire transfer, the new guest’s requested accommodations are reserved and will not be sold to anybody else for 30 days from the agreed upon admittance date.

Whether a person arrives on time, late or never arrives the spot is held (and not sold to anybody else) for the 30 day period. No refunds are made if someone never shows up, is clinically discharged for disobeying rules or leaves early against medical advice.

In order to guarantee the highest quality treatment for our guests, we need to follow these financial rules and appreciate that our guests follow them as well.
