Kind Words For Our Service
Our Client Testimonials
I had the pleasure of touring Tikvah Lake and spending time with several of the staff members. As a professional in the industry, it’s extremely valuable to know treatment programs and the staff implementing those programs. After a day and a half learning about Tikvah Lake I’m confident in sending clients there. I know they will be taken care of in every aspect from their hospitality team to their clinical team. They go to great lengths to treat each of their guests uniquely and individually in designing a treatment plan and meeting them where they are at. The accommodations are top tier and the attention to detail and care are impressive. Outstanding in what you do Tikvah Lake!

Very beautiful location and the therapists are extremely helpful in the recovery processPosted on Willard VarnumTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My time at Tikvah Lake wasn't just a recovery journey; it was a profound transformation. I feel compelled to share and the positive aspects of this experience, which reframed my entire understanding of substance abuse, addiction, and personality disorders. Before Tikvah Lake, I saw my struggles only as weaknesses. The program taught me to see my life differently. I now understand that my addiction was not a moral failing, but a misguided solution. It was my brain's attempt to cope with pain, trauma, and overwhelming emotions that I had developed throughout my life. My time at Tikvah Lake helped me to develop a level of self awareness, resilience, and coping skills that I never would have possessed otherwise. The staff at Tikvah Lake approached my underlying personality challenges with compassion and expertise. They helped me see that my traits, like my the intense emotions, the patterns of thinking and relating, were not lifelong sentences to misery. Instead, they are a set of challenges that, when understood can be managed. From the great food, beautiful lake, the Florida sun, a personal trainer, massage therapist and very good professional therapists, counselors and support staff, they provided a peaceful and safe place that was essential for me to open up and do the hard work that I needed to do to heal. This program wasn't just about talk therapy. The program helped me build a toolbox for life, not just sobriety. Oh, did I mention that I am a professional and the program also gave me the time and freedom to do the professional work that I still needed to do while I was there. If you or a loved one are struggling, know that there is not just hope on the other side, but a truly vibrant and fulfilling life. Tikvah Lake will help to guide you there.Posted on XavierTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been to many rehabs and this one by far has been the best I have ever experienced. From admission to after care the staff at Tikvah and Park Manor have went above and beyond for both my wife and myself. The space was immaculate and peaceful. All of my basic needs were taken care of so I could focus on my recovery, relationships, and spiritually. Every single staff member took the time and care to impact my life positively and will not soon be forgotten. I want to make a special mention to Zach, Katherine, Roosevelt, Deandra, Diane, Donielle, and Jimmy. We were able to do family counseling for my wife and I with Jimmy and he helped us to work through our relationship to foster the love and move past our resentments. I was able to develop my personal recovery plan and I left feeling prepared and full of gratitude. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Anyone I love that struggles with mental health or addiction this would be my choice for them with out a doubt. I can't thank them enough.Posted on Heather InmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The best recovery center I’ve ever been to!!! They helped me change my life in the most positive way! The groups, the therapists, the clinical team, the directors & assessment team & a special shout out to the concierge team, who are with you through & through. The group we were there with will be friends for life as well. I can’t say enough about Lake Tikvah & Park Manor recovery! Go there & have a life changing experience!Posted on Natalie Van WagnerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tikvah Lake was life changing for me! No one wants to find their self completely broken by the stresses and tragedies that happen in life. But if you find yourself needing help, I would highly recommend Tikvah Lake. It is a private facility on a beautiful lake in Sebring Florida. There are no more than six guests there at one time, affording the opportunity to have individual care. The staff was top-notch! So Caring & thoughtful! Chef Ralph rocks that kitchen. I worked with several therapists in group settings and in individual meetings. I don’t think I could’ve found any better care elsewhere. They have raised the bar high and have lived up to everything I could’ve hoped for. But I got a rave about my man Zach. He was the first person to contact me and help me make all the arrangements. He’s the right man for that job. He is full of compassion & kindness. He made a very hard, emotional decision peaceful. My time there changed my path to one of wholeness.Posted on JULIE SAFARIKOWA/SCHNEIDERTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just finished 30 days here, and honestly—it changed my life. I came in feeling broken and overwhelmed by trauma, and I’m leaving feeling lighter, stronger, and so much more myself. The staff is amazing—so kind, supportive, and truly there for you. My therapist helped me work through things I never thought I’d be able to talk about, and I’m so grateful. Also… the chef deserves a shoutout! The food was actually really good, and it made such a difference during tough days. If you’re thinking about getting help, this place is special. I’m walking out with a clear head and a hopeful heart. Thank you to everyone who helped me get here. 💛Posted on KeriTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have stayed at both Tikvah and park manor (fortunately/unfortunately because I needed 2 stays). Both houses are great! Tikvah has a more “modern” feel and park manor has a more “Home like” feel. I am a professional so those looking for a place to have the freedom to stay in touch with work and have a place who understands this, this is the right place! What makes this company so special, unique, and sets it apart from anywhere else (unfortunately this isn’t my first rodeo, I relapsed after 3.5 years) is the staff. The concierges truly want to make you as comfortable and happy as possible!! Roosevelt, Dee, Dianne, Linda, Victoria, Dana, and Leslie are all hands down incredible and truly do this job because they CARE about the clients. I’ve been in and out of therapy since college (I’m 45), i haven’t had therapists more engaged, knowledgeable and caring. Byron at Tikvah and Jimmy at Park Manor are incredible, honestly words can’t describe how amazing they are. I just left an 11 day stay at park manor, I can tell you in that short time jimmy made a huge impact with myself as well as my relationships with my kids due to me breaking trust relapsing. He taught me how to manage triggers and process stress and depression in a positive way. This company was a God send to me!! Katherine, the director, will give you her cell phone and encourage you to call if you need ANYTHING, and she means it!! The food is great and if you don’t like something the concierge staff will make sure you do have a meal you enjoy, the chef prepares alternative dishes too. There’s a pool and hot tub at each location. You will have your own room and bathroom! The groups are great! Alesia was my favorite facilitator, Neville is amazing as well and does a great job challenging you in a positive way. The mix of personality’s and therapy style couldn’t be better!! I will say make sure you are clear on your expectations with Zack (admissions), he is a reasonable guy, cares, is transparent, and also will be available before, during and after your stay (rare for an admissions person in my experience). Also if you know you’ve got a hard detox ahead of you, let him know. Both houses manage medicine but they aren’t a “full detox”, Zack will set this up for you if need be before coming to one of the houses. I hope I never need to go back, but if I do, I will hands down come here. I will miss all of these people who cared for me like they’ve known me for years yet I was a complete stranger. But I will keep in touch.
